📖Abstract:
Real-time measurements may generate large amounts of data, which requires more sophisticated data preparation and analysis. These steps are usually done in a script-generating program, such as in R. In this 1-hour webinar we will first touch on the basics of programming in R and Rstudio. Next, to give an example on the handling of sensor data, we walk through the analysis pipeline that TNO has used for an epidemiological study in the bakery sector. The aim of this webinar is to give student an impression of how programming in R works, how to find their way in writing their first lines of code and provide an insight in analysis steps that are specific for handling real-time sensor measurement data.
